Fire door seals with smoke and acoustic properties. The tear-resistant flipper (fin) on this intumescent seal is especially suited to door arrangements with ironmongery such as hinges to maintain the smoke and acoustic performance. They are easy to clean, therefore they are particularly suited to use in areas where hygiene is paramount, such as hospitals, health centres, food preparation areas, schools, or even businesses.
This fire and smoke seal is supplied in 2.1m lengths, and is available in a range of sizes and colours.

Description

Fire door seals by Pyroplex provide a traditional fire and smoke seal for fire rated timber door leaves and frames. These intumescent seals are suitable for new build and retro-fit applications, and are easy to fit with a self-adhesive backer.

Suitable for 30 or 60 minute fire resistance
Easy to clean
The flippers (fins) are thermally-fused and tear resistant, so they are extremely durable.
