The Heavy Duty Simplex Hinges are a key element within the Simplex System – the traditional ‘Scottish’ sash window system. The hinges fit to the frame and assemble to the Hinge Screw, which is located on the bottom sash, to allow the bottom sash to be hinged open for cleaning.
