Reddiseals supply a tried and tested range of ultra-performance timber bubble seals. Taking advantage of the properties of our Silplex material it demonstrates excellent deflection recovery, high performance, high tear strength and good acoustic properties. Fitted directly into the timber frame beading it provides excellent draught and weatherproofing. This seal is ideal for timber casement windows. It is UV and Ozone stable and easy to clean and maintain. This product is supplied in 50m coils. It is available in white or brown.
- Rigid foot is manufactured from Polypropylene and the bubble is manufactured from Silplex (TPE).
- Supplied in 50m coils on a rigid cardboard reel.
- Seals a gap: 2.0 – 4.5mm.
- Designed for grooves 2.5mm – 3.0mm wide x 6mm deep.
- Polypropylene foot adds rigidity to the insertion and retention of the seal. Flexible fins “spread” into the groove to keep it in place.
- Resilient to most paints and varnishes.
- Demonstrates high tear strength, which is important for a bubble application.
- High performance over extreme temperatures, resistant to cracking and distortion.
- Excellent deflection recovery.
- The bubble has a greater contact area with the window than a flipper seal.

- Fits onto the timber frame and butts up to the beading of a casement window frame.
- Simply push fit into the groove.
- Can be pinned to the timber beading through the long straight back.
- Use the 16mm bubble with the 16mm timber beading.
- Use the 18mm bubble with the 18mm timber beading.
- Use Router bit TCT073 to cut the channel.
