At Reddiseals customer feedback is really important to us. We are as passionate about great service as we are about great products.
In January we launched our Redditotellus survey, we wanted to give our customers a voice, we wanted you to have your say and let us know how you feel about Reddiseals.
We asked customers to complete a simple survey letting us know their thoughts on the whole Reddiseals experience, good or bad. As a thank you for taking part we’d enter all completed surveys into a prize draw to win £250 of Reddiseals vouchers.
We were taken aback by the number of customers that shared their experiences with us, and have already begun to implement changes for the better based on your opinions.
Our prize draw was drawn on June 30th 2014.
